Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review. Bufera is not yet sold, so these terms describe the service as it stands today and deliberately say nothing about pricing, refunds or contract length. Those clauses — and a lawyer's review — are needed before charging anyone.

Who provides the service

Bufera is provided by METEME EOOD (ЕИК 207284523), Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@bufera.app.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and if you use Bufera for a business you confirm you may act for it.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into Bufera remains yours. We claim no ownership and use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may export or delete it at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you enter about other people, and for answering their requests about it. For that content we act on your instructions as processor.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Bufera unlawfully, or to store unlawfully obtained data
• attempt to access another customer's workspace or data
• probe, load-test or disrupt the service without written permission
• resell access without an agreement with us

Availability

Bufera is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on third parties — Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google and Apple — and their outages will affect it. We take daily encrypted backups, but you remain responsible for exporting anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, arising from use of Bufera. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using Bufera and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it. After deletion, data is removed from the live database immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Bulgaria.

Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
