Install
Put Bufera on your home screen.
There is nothing to download and no app store involved. Bufera is a web app, which means it installs in about fifteen seconds and updates itself.
iPhone
Open bufera.app in Safari
It has to be Safari — other browsers on iPhone cannot install web apps.
Tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”
The Share button is the square with an arrow, at the bottom of the screen.
Open it from your home screen
It runs full-screen with no browser bars, works without a signal, and can send you notifications.
Installing from the home screen matters on iPhone: opened as an ordinary Safari tab, Bufera cannot send you push notifications. That is an Apple restriction, not a setting we can change.
Android
Open bufera.app in Chrome
Chrome usually offers to install it on its own after a moment.
Tap the three-dot menu, then “Install app”
It may also appear as “Add to Home screen”.
Open it from your home screen
Same as on iPhone: full-screen, works offline, notifications available.
Desktop
Bufera works in any modern browser at app.bufera.app. It is designed for phones first, so the desktop layout is the same screens at a wider size.
